These terms govern the cleaning services Katy's Cleaning LLC provides and your use of this website. By booking a cleaning or submitting our quote form, you agree to them.

Scope of service

We provide residential house cleaning — recurring, one-time, deep, and move-in/move-out — throughout the Spokane, WA metro area. We reserve the right to decline a job or location at our discretion.

Quotes & pricing

We provide a free, no-obligation quote before any cleaning begins. Quotes are based on the information you provide about your home; if conditions differ significantly on arrival, we’ll discuss and confirm any change before proceeding.

Scheduling & access

You agree to provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time (a key, code, or someone to let us in). If we cannot access the home at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply. Please secure pets and let us know of any areas to avoid.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you’re not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it at no charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning; it is not a cash refund.

Text messaging

Customers who opt in receive appointment-related messages. Message frequency varies (typically 2–4 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and major cards; card-processor fees may apply.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are licensed, bonded, and insured; please report any concern within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
